Jayme Woj is the creator of Samurai Conditioning. He currently serves as head instructor and swordmaster of ATC New York. With more than 15 years of experience in theatrical swordplay, Kenjutsu, Budo, Aikido, and Arnis, his work as an action actor and fight designer includes credits on multiple Star Wars and Disney projects, Netflix’s Fuller House, The Globe’s Hamlet, and more. Jayme is dedicated to using swordsmanship to help others find their inner warrior and live healthier, more mindful lives.
